Welcome to Redfish Emerging Markets’ information center for residential real estate investors.

We are a real estate market research team, dedicated to the identification, analysis, and tracking of residential real estate markets (targeting both multifamily as well as single family residential real estate assets). Our primary objectives are to help thoughtful real estate investors identify and track emerging or recovering real estate markets, and to help homeowners (or potential homeowners) understand the key fundamentals impacting their home market or market of interest. Our team tracks over 180 key data points in more than 200 markets around the country and analyzes that data with carefully constructed proprietary methodologies. We are continually considering additional markets.

Our team spends every work day of every week of the year compiling demographic, economic, employment and real estate market data. We utilize a plethora of sources to obtain this vital information, including interviews with real estate and business professionals “on the ground” in the markets we analyze – no one knows the market better than the professionals working in those markets every day. We then utilize our proprietary analysis algorithms and tools to sift and sort the data, and to rank the markets in terms of current performance.
