Perhaps our most informative and useful offering is our monthly newsletter – The Emerging Market Report. It will keep you abreast of the most current residential (both multifamily and single family) emerging / recovering market information from around the country.

Early in our history, we offered separate and distinct multifamily and single family newsletters; effective August 2008 we combined our Multifamily and Single Family newsletters into one information packed offering – The Emerging Market Report. The Redfish Team determined to make the improvements in the newsletter for a variety of reasons:

Interacting with investors, brokers, and other interested parties around the world every day convinced us there are a large proportion of investors who hold both single family and multifamily residential properties in their portfolios, and they are vitally interested in data for both asset classes.
For the multifamily investor, many individual markets are being overtly influenced by the upheaval in the single family sector; it’s critical that the multifamily investor understand and track these dynamics.
A key feature of our mission remains providing great data at a great price point. By combining both newsletters into a single enhanced and improved publication, we’re effectively doubling the content for the same price. There is not another information source available providing this information at anywhere near this price.
